The Firm has 5 partners including a Senior Partner and a Managing Partner. Together, the firm has 55 staff, 11 qualified Chartered Accountants and 41 auditors and accountants at different levels of qualification and varying years of experience, all aspiring to rise to the top and to qualify as chartered accountants.
Every Audit engagement has a Partner in Charge and a manager responsible for the engagement who is assisted by a Supervisor or an Audit Senior in the field. Depending on the size, nature and urgency of the engagement, auditors assigned to a job could vary from two (2) to as many as necessary.
Partners, Managers and Supervisors can be responsible for as many as five (5) jobs at a time. All other Audit Staff carry out one assignment at a time. The firm also has five (5) office support staff who are responsible for Finance and Administration.
